One of the most dangerous climbs in all of Pakistan, Nanga Parbat, is a mountain with a fearsome reputation for being one that kills. Locals call it Damari-the end at the top of Himalaya’s Mount Everest range and home to lush green alpine pastures situated amid pine forests around 3306 m altitude.

Polo lovers have been known to enjoy days here by having their touch on a real adventure before finishing up this tour with some quality time spent there or else just wanting a simple stroll through these meadows, which are popular not only because they offer such beautiful landscapes but also due to polo games played over them from April until November.

Depending on when the weather is at its worst in October (which sounds like it’s anytime), bring rain gear or snow boots if necessary! You’re probably fine wearing everyday sneakers–or even flip flops!–in early July but be prepared during colder months because they have unpredictable weather here!

I personally recommend these Timberland Shoes as my go-to hiking boots most of the time since I know these will last me through any adventure anywhere else without fail too.

Fairy meadows Pakistan:

The excursion to Fairy Meadows requests mental fortitude and endurance. The jeep ride from Raikot Bridge is a white knuckle ride with a lot of adrenalin surges.

The street ends up through a rough, dry landscape to a designing accomplishment of the unimaginable road working with the tough track sticking to the side of the slope as you climb rapidly into the rugged, uneven territory.

The pixie glades street can’t oblige more than one jeep for most of the ride, so the methodology of an approaching vehicle causes some shock for the travelers.

The drivers are extraordinarily capable and can pass judgment on the width of the street and vehicle to inside centimeters. Fortunate truly as a blunder of judgment could see a car driving down an upward drop of some 2000m!

Our pixie glades street driver, the Shogun, was astounding. He offered to play some alleviating music from Hunza as he could see we were apprehensive.

Unexpectedly mid-tape, the tune pouring forward from the sound framework was ‘Remaining Alive’ by the Bee Gees. We were trusting this would be the situation despite the sheer drops, limited track, and consistent endeavors to pass different vehicles where there was an inexorably abrupt drop! The 40-minute excursion was stunning and sickening in one go and avoided us exceptionally glad to venture with regards to the vehicle and hurl a moan of help!

Then, at that point came section two – the pixie knolls climb from 2600m to 3200m after the Raikot stream valley towards the enchantingly named ‘Pixie Meadows.’

We realized the elevation would be extreme but concluded that we would adapt to the situation and not accept the pony alternative as the 7km excursion took around 3 hours. However, a simple one to follow requires endurance and assurance as it rises consistently and tirelessly for the principal 90 minutes.

We were supported by how the homegrown Pakistani vacationers were also battling, and the kinship and talk urged us to proceed – but leisurely with many ‘ reviews stops’ and freedoms to slow down and rest.
